We own a beautiful 1,120 ft2, 3 bedroom/1.5 bath, 2nd floor walk-up condo in Albany Park just 2 blocks from the CTA Kimball Brown Line station. Price is $1,750 per month.

Both the kitchen and living room are connected in an open layout that gives the main area of the home a very spacious look and feel. High ceilings and large East facing windows allow for plenty of natural light in during the day.

All 3 bedrooms are approximately the same size (10 ft x 12 ft). Each bedroom has a lot of closet space; 2 bedrooms have very large closets perfect for hanging clothes or storing just about anything. The third bedroom, which was used as a home office, has a configurable shelving unit.

Is there an application fee?
There is a $50, non-refundable application and screening fee for each person on the lease.

Is there an elevator?
No, there is not an elevator. As the apartment is on the 2nd floor, you would have to walk up a flight of stairs.

Are pets allowed?
Cats are welcome. Other small animals would be considered as well. Sorry, no dogs are allowed.

Is there parking?
While there isn't a dedicated parking space for the apartment, there is plenty of non-permit, on-street parking available, usually right in front of the building.

Is heat or electricity included?
All utilities such as heat and electricity are not included. Tenant is responsible for gas, electricity, phone, and internet (cable or DSL).

Where is the nearest train station?
The nearest CTA train station is the Kimball Brown Line station located 2 blocks South at Kimball and Lawrence. The Kimball station is the start and end of the Brown Line.

Do you accept students?
We recognize that North Park University campus is just a short walk from the apartment. NPU is an important part of the Albany Park neighborhood and so we welcome all university students and roommates.

The place is perfect! What do I need to do next?
First, for every person who will be on the lease, they will need to fill out an application. The application can be downloaded from here. Once all of the applications have been completed, they should be scanned, (or take a photo with your smartphone) and then Contact Us to submit the applications.
